GENERAL TERMS
1. From 16/12/2012 to 28/02/2013 – A minimum of 4 days-stay will be accepted;
2. Holidays, Honeymoon, Carnival and New Year’s Eve – special packages (consult us);
3. A minimum of 2 days-stay will be accepted at weekends on Middle and Low Season;
4. Check in at 3.00 pm // Check out at 12:00 pm;
5. Children up to 6 years old (01 free per apartment with 02 accompaniment paying adults);
6. The confirmation of the reservation is made with 50% of the total value and the rest of the payment should be made at the hotel;
7. Refund of anticipated values up to 60 days before the check-in
8. Invoicing of the payment only after registration approval;
9. Cases of “No show” are understood as the “absence of the guest on the check-in date”. In this case the first day will be charged
10. Price List in reais (R$) cancels the previous ones, being subject to alteration without previous notice
11. Closed packages will be totally charged. Anticipated check-out will not give the right to ask for a refund or price discount.
